Spicy Horseradish Meatloaf

This is my favorite meatloaf recipe. My husband loves this meatloaf with green beans and mash potatoes. It's not your traditional loaf but it's mmmm good.

Spicy Horseradish Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 lg. sweet onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. milk
2 lg. eggs, lightly beaten
1 tbsp. prep. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Topping

1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prep. horseradish
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard

1.) Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, stir well. Form beef mixture into a loaf and place in a 9x5" loaf pan.

2.) Combine 1/2 c. ketchup, brown sugar, 1 tbsp. horseradish, and mustard in a small bowl, stirring well. Spoon half of ketchup mixture over top of meat loaf. Bake uncovered at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Spoon remaining ketchup mixture over meat loaf, and bake 10 more minutes. Serve with fresh green beans and mash potatoes.

Here's my secret ingredients that makes the recipe so yummy!!!
